Gerardo is the Senior Counsel at SNH Strategic Partners. In this role, Gerardo oversees the legal function with a responsibility for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, with a focus of providing strategic corporate and tax legal guidance to the Executive team.
Before joining SNH Strategic Partners, Gerardo occupied the role of Tax Member at one of the leading Puerto Rico law firms, where he provided critical advice, from design to implementation, related to corporate structuring, tax planning, and transaction efficiencies. Prior to that, Gerardo contributed as Manager of a large PR CPA firm in the Tax Advisory Division.
Gerardo is a Certified Public Accountant, and a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico’s School of Law, the University of Puerto Rico’s Graduate School of Business and the University of Puerto Rico’s Business Administration Bachelor Program.
In his free time, Gerardo loves to participate in active sports and recreational activities, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
